7. THE DANCE TOURNAMENT IS HELD ACCORDING TO PTT REGULATIONS

In accordance with Article 13 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016, published in: Dz. Urz. UE L 119 of 04.05.2016, we inform you that:

1. The administrator of personal data is the Polish Dance Society, with its registered office at: ul. Ofiar Dąbia 4, 31-566 Kraków.

2. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of carrying out the tasks of the Polish Dance Society based on Article 6(1)(a) and Article 6(1)(f) of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016.

3. Personal data will be stored until the processing ceases for analytical purposes and business planning, based on Article 6(1)(f) (GDPR) – the legitimate interest of the administrator.

4. Recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data under the provisions of law.

5. Every regular member has the right to access personal data, their rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent previously granted.

6. A regular member has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Personal Data Inspector PTT, the Chief Inspector of Personal Data.

7. Providing personal data is voluntary; however, refusal to provide data may result in refusal to participate in the Polish Dance Society sporting competition.

8. Registration for participation in the dance tournament is equivalent to acceptance of the conditions for conducting dance competitions in accordance with STT PTT regulations.

9. A competitor registering for the tournament unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to the free registration of photographs, videos, internet, and television of all presentations and their use in any media by the Polish Dance Society and the Organizer for the purposes of the organized tournament, as well as the use of personal data in the tournament materials.

10. Participation in the tournament is equivalent to consent to publish the tournament results in the manner provided by the information system of the Polish Dance Society.

11. Registration for the tournament is equivalent to a declaration that the health condition of the competitor allows for active participation in the dance tournament, organized in accordance with STT PTT regulations.

13. Conditions for participation in the tournament:

A couple may participate in the tournament if:

1. They have a current entry in the CBD PTT (does not apply to foreign pairs/outside PTT organization).

2. They register by December 1, 2025.

3. They pay an entry fee of:

60 PLN/person in a combination

60 PLN/person per style (classes)

80 PLN/person per style (OPEN)

14. Ticket prices for admission, recording fees, and other fees:

All-day admission ticket 80 PLN/person.

Admission ticket for one block 60 PLN/person.

15. Additional information from the Organizer:

Buffet provided.

Medical care provided.

Stalls (assortment) provided.

16. Prizes:

Diplomas, medals, statuettes, cups, souvenirs.
